This plugin gives Chatzilla the ability to automatically prepend mIRC color and style codes to outgoing messages.
From version 0.2 this plugin supports localization. Current included localizations are English, Esperanto, and French.
Version 0.3 is compliant with the plugin API added in Chatzilla 0.9.66.
